Wright-Bembry Park Project
Wright-Bembry Park is a cornerstone of the Shady Acres community. It is home to community events, birthday parties, pick up games, play dates, and so much more. It a cute little oasis in the middle of the big city for our neighborhood. However, it often goes unused during the sun soaked days stretching from late spring to early fall. We want to change that by bringing some much needed shade to Shady Acres.
The Proposal
The Shady Acres Parents Group has partnered with Kraftsman Commercial Playgrounds & Water Parks to create a proposal for shade structures to cover both sides of our playground area. This will allow children in our neighborhood to get the vital exercise and group play time they need to be happy, healthy, and attached to their community.

Your Help
We’re inviting local individuals, businesses, and organizations to support this goal by becoming a sponsor. Contributions go through the Shady Acres Parents Group, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and are tax-deductible.

Our goal is to raise $100,000 to fully fund the shade structures.
Any amount of donation is greatly appreciated, but special sponsorship benefits begin at $500.

Basic – $500: Name listed on website
Bronze – $1,000: Logo on flyers and social media for 2025 + 2026
Silver – $2,500: Temporary banner placement
Gold – $5,000: Logo placed on website
Diamond – $10,000: Listed as sponsor on permanent plaque in park
Platinum – $25,000+: Prominent branding on permanent plaque in park
